Declan Kennedy shortlisted for Rising Star in Engineering

We're delighted to share that our colleague Declan Kennedy has been shortlisted as a finalist for Rising Star in Engineering at the Engineering Excellence Awards 2026. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 21 October 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry. Congratulations Declan, and best of luck from everyone at Waldron & Associates.

40 years in practice

2026 marks 40 years since Eugene Waldron founded Waldron & Associates in Claremorris in 1986. In August 2025 ownership of the practice passed to James Lohan and Ray Rogers, who continue to provide architecture, engineering, planning and project management services across the West of Ireland.
